dearclimbing brings climbers together to make a positive impact for the broader community.
We do this through fundraisers such as the Informal Friendly Bouldering Comp (IFBC), an annual event for climbers to donate and connect with charities while participating in a fun contest.
In addition, we enjoy making short films, creating artwork, and shooting photos to showcase how climbing can bring people together 🙂
dearclimbing was founded by Jacky and Kangxin in 2023, and Jeff joined in 2025 to shape our visual identity. Also, many of our projects would not have happened without the help of many, many friends in the climbing community. Thank you to everyone for contributing and making dearclimbing possible!
